Change is not always easy, but it is sometimes necessary.
For Trinity Church we believe that a major change is necessary in order to truly embody the essential values that Christ desires for us as His church.
We are no longer content to just ‘survive’ as a group of people who attend a church and want to become a true church family so we can ‘thrive’ once again.
This requires us to be a group of people who are genuinely connected, encouraging, supportive, and helpful.
We must create a community where people can feel loved and accepted and challenged to grow personally and spiritually in their pursuit of Jesus Christ together.
This means that we cannot continue to do the same things, in the same way, and expect the change we want.
Which has led us to the decision to end our formal Sunday morning service so that we can instead begin gathering together on Sunday evenings in a home setting where we will eat, fellowship, praise, study, pray, and serve together.
This is an unconventional but exciting change we believe will enable us to prioritize and focus on building spiritual health as individuals and a church, engaging in deep Christian relationships, and experiencing intimate worship of God together.
